Wow. Just wow. Oscar was very knowledgeable and professional during our initial visit. He made great suggestions and walked us through the install process. Afterwards we received a detail design and quote that we held on to throughout the Summer. We did seek other quotes but Oscar continued to follow up in the most professional but personable way possible so we decided to give him our business and boy were we glad we did! His team was prompt. He foresaw rain on our scheduled install day and actually had his team come to do the install a day earlier. We added an extra light at the last minute and he was totally accommodating. 7/11/24 We used Visiv and Oscar for our lighting needs when we recently installed turf in our yard. Once again, Visiv provided great customer service and multiple options for our area. I already had outdoor lights but needed more. The company I used prior had become non responsive. I saw work on a few of my neighbors’ homes and decided to reach out. For the light landscaping, I had requested proposals and surveys from six different companies and all plans and pricing I got was outrageous. Everyone was trying to sell more not thinking about the ambience of the house. We contacted Visiv for an estimate and they made time on their schedule immediately to visit our home and provide a detailed fair estimate. The did not try to "upsell" and tell us what "they" thought we needed. They listened to what we wanted and made only small suggestions on tweaking what we originally asked for. I used VISIV Outdoor Lighting last year to install landscape lighting around our home. I originally just wanted to highlight the columns on the front, but VISIV came up with a comprehensive plan to highlight architectural features of the home, like the three dormers in the front, the gable ends, and various windows. Their lights offer additional security since first floor windows are washed in light, but it's not "intrusive" for us in the evening. In the backyard, they added path lighting and stair lighting for our terrace level and lights to highlight our trees. I just love pulling up to our house at night. Recently, we had an issue where the lights in the rear stopped working. The team came out and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. A critter, probably a chipmunk, had chewed through a wire they'd hidden in a crevice of a retaining wall. They fixed it in about 5 minutes. Such impressive service!
